Minutes 2014

They know the problem of the new OIC given the 3 letters given by the guards that left( new batch), why take the risk? The OIC is not hired directly so we do not have any liability in DOLE wherein you need to give 3 written notices before termination.

In here the OIC requested for additional guard but wait till you read the Minutes during OIC Miguel. His request was declined to increase our Security. Do we really have to wait for the worse before things change?



They give discount on a selective basis. A BOD paid not even a whole year and get 10% outright as shown in the computer records ... I do not get the logic a rule is a rule if a homeowner pays in advance regardless if its new or old homeowner the rule should apply that we get same discount regardless if its a year or five years. Can you be able to give back our payment and discount? The discounting system exist long before this question was raised. The collection of 5 years in advance is done by force already. The Association deducts it from the construction bond leaving the homeowner no choice. Is there a logical and valid explanation for this? Did they consult the members before they implement this? Are we following a dictatorial system that members need not approve anything anymore? If the BOD wants to have higher collection why not cut the service of those who have been delinquent? why not send them a notice so they will be aware? The good standing homeowner and delinquent receive the same benefits, they are actually smarter than us. They save money and we waste money for overpriced projects.

The Meralco post of Miss Susan had been a long issue they told her that a homeowner paid for it. Really? This was cleared during the meeting that payment was not made for the moving of Meralco post. Britanny made the mistake why would we pay for it. Meralco posts are not supposed to be inside our property.

Strictly "NO TRICYCLES" just yesterday a tricycle is inside La Residencia being used by the maid. Gotta wonder, Mrs Asinas an older person than the maid do not use tricycle but walk inside because Mr Asinas a BOD will get mad because she will violate the rules. A good example but then who violates and allow it?
An extension of the Office? why do we really need it? The BOD would rather spend money on new construction than settle for what we havefor now. Then use the funds to rehabilitate and improve our Village? Do we really need to find projects that involves construction? Well, if you have plans to extend why did you fix the clubhouse? Its just a waste of fund.


I wonder why they do not want to follow the By laws of La Residencia.  Article V Section 3 Nomination. Not less than 7 days nor more than 14 days before the annual  meeting at which the directors are to be elected, any ten or more members, may by written petition, niminate candidates to the Board and post the name in the bulletin Board of the Association. 

The current rules that they are following where all the names of the homeowners (lot owners in good standing excluded) are written in manila paper and posted in the board. Not knowing who they are or what they plan to do for our community is a joke. We do not even know if they want to be a Board or if they have time to spare. Mr Jabal question this before the election started and he was dismissed and was given the answer that it will be dicussed on the next meeting. But based on the Minutes that we have secured at the HLURB, the same question was raised last 2012. The BOD LA Residencia is the most diversed when it comes to election where everyone can be a candidate. REALLY? if that is true why are the names of the lot owners not there? 380+ lot owners are in good standing?

They do not give the notice for the general meeting/assembly to all of the homeowners and lot owners. In our By laws,

Article VIII  Section 4 Notice of Members Meeting Written notice stating the date, place, and hour of the meeting and in case of special or an annual meeting at which business requiring special notice is to be transacted, shall be personally delivered to each member not less than 5 days before the date of the meeting.
                       Section 5. Quorum.  Majority of the members in good standing present in person or by proxy shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the members for the transaction of business, unless otherwise provided by law.

Did everyone get the copy of the Notice of election? Or was it given on a selective basis? I have the copy of the list of members who received the Notice of Election sad to say not all the 100 homeowners received it. not even 1/2 received it. Maybe that is one reason why there is no quorum, members are not aware of the election.




Construction materials to be covered by blue sack or tarp...do they implement this without being bias? Or its a pick and choose way? Homeowners have photos and were given to our Property Manager but we gotta see if that company paid for Violation not once, not twice but thrice. Its really sad how the rules are being implemented base on personal relationship. Dapat walang PASAWAY!
Guard reshuffle, is that the solution? Most homeowners like the old batch of Security that had been with La Residencia for more than 6 years.





The repair of these projects are unbelievable. Another 20,000 for the fountain? Its not even properly maintained and what's up with the fountain? that was the second time you change it. From the dolphin which is now laying at the back of the basketball court. Why waste?  What's next?
