Sidewalk repair March 2014 Php 216,289.74

This is the Minutes of the BOD in here it states that the sidewalk repair cost La Residencia 216,289.74
please see the photos. These were taken yesterday September 2, 2014. These sidewalks were not damged by the trees, there are no construction nearby that will cause such damage.
These photos are just in the Streets of Rosetta and Vidonia. There are more photos to be posted and taken for this improvement. Sadly they said this project was done based on number 2 in the Minutes. I think whoever inspected this needs eyeglasses and probably a high grade.

 

 

                                    No Manhole cover cvery dangerous for kids who are playing. 

 Notice the different color of cement the lighter one is new. But they did not do it properly. The idea of repairing this sidewalk is to repair the cracks. But see how they repaved the sidewalk. It should be from corner to corner, removing the old cement where it cracks and laying new cement does not solved the cracks. It should be from end to end.

repair should be done end to end otherwise laying new cement is totally useless cause the crack is still visible.
